The Big Beat Years Episode 2

So here we are again - Episode 2 of my weekly Mixtape series ‘THE BIG BEAT YEARS' focusing on the year 1995 (plus a straggler from ’94!) (https://www.mixcloud.com/RoryHoy/the-big-beat-years-episode-2-1995/). Back in ’95, people couldn’t decide whether to call it either Big Beat, Brit-Hop, Amyl House or Trypno, The Dust Brothers were now known as The Chemical Brothers, new artists such as Daft Punk and The Crystal Method were starting to emerge plus a certain Norman Cook was experimenting with an underground side-project known as Fatboy Slim. The second, and most successful wave of Big Beat was well and truly underway!
